A favourite outtake from a recent editorial portraiture commission for Philippines Airlines in-flight magazine Mabuhay. We shot portraits of Lee Johnson, chef and owner of Bong Bong’s Manila Kitchen, on location in Bethnal Green, working very quickly to light and set up the shots in the midst of a busy lunch service!
